SHIPPING POLICY
1. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped out within 3 standard business days. If you did not receive your order after 14 days of your purchase, please reach out to us at hi@aluviewear.com with your order number.
Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Day Transit Time
2. I entered the wrong shipping information. What can I do?
Don't worry! Please email us at hi@aluviewear.com with your order number and correct mailing information. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes and we are not responsible for the incorrect address input.
3. My package was damaged/stolen. What can I do?
Unfortunately, after we provide you with the tracking number and ship out your order, it becomes the responsibility of USPS to safely deliver the package. Please contact your local USPS with the tracking information.
4. My package was returned to sender due to my mistake! What can I do?
Please contact us at hi@aluviewear.com. Once we receive the package and the product is in original condition, we can either issue a store credit, re-send with an additional shipping charge, or refund after shipping charge deduction (with orders that reached free shipping threshold, there will be a $7 shipping fee deduction).
5. I placed an international order and it is still in transit, what can I do?
We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please note the following policy regarding international orders:

Shipping Responsibility
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Aluvie is no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during transit, including delays, loss, or damage. -
Insurance Recommendation
To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order at checkout. Insurance provides peace of mind and ensures you are covered in case of unforeseen circumstances. -
Missing Package Claims
If your package is lost in transit, you may file a missing package claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist by providing necessary shipment details but cannot guarantee the outcome of such claims. -
Customs and Duties
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. What is the return policy?
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery of your order with your return inquiries along side your order number. Your item(s) need to have the order number provided from our site. We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. We do not accept returns for final sale items (sale items) or 3rd party retailers. Please note that we do not offer a shipping label for returns and exchanges.
