Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time and transit time are separate.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
Standard Shipping
Estimated 4–7 business days
Delivery dates shown at checkout or in confirmation emails are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expedited shipping is selected. We highly recommend expedited shipping for guaranteed fast delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Expedited Shipping
Customers who require guaranteed or time sensitive delivery (including but not limited to events, rehearsals, performances, travel, or gifts) are strongly encouraged to select expedited shipping at checkout.
Orders placed with standard shipping are not eligible for delivery guarantees, refunds, or discounts due to timing expectations.
Order Status & Delivery Inquiries

Your order has not shipped after 5 standard business days, or
Your package has exceeded 14 days from shipment with no tracking movement or updated information
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you entered incorrect shipping information, email us at hi@aluviewear.com with your order number and address.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes are no longer possible, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages (Domestic Orders)
Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
For damaged, lost, or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. While we are happy to assist with documentation, Aluvie cannot guarantee carrier claim outcomes.
Returned to Sender Orders
If a package is returned to us due to customer error (including incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package), the following options are available once the item is received in original condition:

Reshipment with an additional shipping charge

Refund minus original shipping costs
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, shipping fee deduction will apply to refunds.
International Orders
Shipping Responsibility
Once an international order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned or disposed of due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for international orders. Insurance provides coverage for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Missing Package Claims
If an international package is lost, the customer may file a claim directly with the carrier. We can provide shipment documentation upon request but cannot guarantee claim approval.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. What is the return policy?
Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery of your order with your return inquiries along side your order number. Your item(s) need to have the order number provided from our site. We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. We do not accept returns for final sale items (sale items) or 3rd party retailers. Please note that we do not offer a shipping label for returns and exchanges. With orders that reached free shipping threshold, there will be a shipping fee deduction from the refund amount.
