SHIPPING POLICY
1. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped out within 3 standard business days. If you did not receive your order after 14 days of your purchase, please fill out the contact us form with your order number.
Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Day Transit Time
2. I entered the wrong shipping information. What can I do?
Don't worry! Please fill out the contact us form with your order number and correct mailing information. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes.
3. My package was damaged/stolen. What can I do?
Unfortunately after we provide you with the tracking number and ship out your order it becomes the responsibility of USPS to safely deliver the package. Please contact your local USPS with the tracking information.
4. My package was returned to sender due to my mistake! What can I do?
Please fill out the contact us form with your order number. Once we receive the package and the product is in original condition, we can either issue a store credit, re-send with an additional shipping charge, or refund after shipping charge deduction.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. What is the return policy?
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery of your order with your return inquiries along side your order number. Your item(s) need to have the order number provided from our site. We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. We do not accept returns for final sale items or 3rd party retailers. Please note that we do not offer a shipping label for returns and exchanges.
